Thank You Tina!!

Thank You Vinae that you offered me your second spot. I'm so happy that you can do both of your blocks this Swap.

Seems there's lots of rectangles. I can easily change my block size and Angel size. If y'all would like another square in the mix, post here and tell me. I'm so busy right now that I pretty much figured on working on these when I get to Canada in June.

Tina~ I am cutting my blocks 9 1/2 inch square, that way anyone can cut them down to what size they need. The applique part measures 8 1/2.

Waiting for fabric to arrive from Fabric.com
I have my background ready to go. :o)

Lyn, I just love your angel.

Tina, that really worked out wonderfully, sorry she didn't pm you back but thrilled that there are no open spots. I smile every time I open this thread and see swap full. I will have a real size for you by the end of the weekend.

Nice block ladies. I still thinking about what kind of star I want to make. I'll let you know when I decide. Lori

I picked up some more fabric the other day and got it in the wash today when I got home from work. Hopefully I will be able to get all my strips sewn together over the next 3 days so the strip sets will be ready to cut into my star diamonds when I'm off Sunday and Monday.

Sorry MerryGo didn't get back to you Tina, but happy that Lyn was able to join and Vinae is able to do her second set.

I'll check back in a few days.

Maryz, your blocks are so cute! You all are gonna love these snowmen ❤

MaryRose, sounds like you have a great plan!!

Tomorrow Easton graduates preschool and will have 38 days off till he goes back to school to kindergarten! I only get 32 days off but I'm planning on getting these done my first week so I don't have to worry about finding time later. I'll have Preston and Jazmyne from July 2nd till July 24 when Jazmyne goes back to school and then it'll just be me and Preston for a whole school year! I think I can maybe hopefully get more things done when it's just us 2 and no trips into town.

I have 5 of 7 sets of stockings fused and ready to cut out. Still need to trace and fuse two sets. ran out of fusible. And Joanns happens to have it on sale, yay me.

I got to thinking about background fabric. As luck would have it I have some wide fabric I bought some time ago and it will be great for my stockings. yay me again.

Maryrose, I would love to see what you are making, your teaser posts have me very intrigued.
