Dinner's done, DH is doing the dishes, I cleared the table like my drawers were on fire, announced I was going to my guild meeting and VANISHED!

Had to re-do the border on my fall blocks this afternoon. It needed to be eased in some, I did a sloppy job of it, so it wound up looking almost gathered! Blast it!! So I took out about 18 inches of stitching, pinned the hell out of it, re-stitched it...and it looks fine. WHEW! Once the girls are in bed, I can use the kitchen table to cut out the next border. Did I mention the border fabrics are both from my stash?! I did buy a lovely flannel for the back, though, and more Warm & Natural, and more thread, and a new pair of Fiskars...

Ooops--left my flannel in the dryer! Hope the wrinkles aren't set in too bad!

Linda, thanks for that info, I just told DH there was someone worse than me and now I feel so justified and redeemed...that I just may hit the fabric frenzy in celebration! LOL! I don't even like the 2nd story on this house, what do I care if it crashes down???!!! Shoot, if it did, just think how high I could stack the cotton then! Woo-hoo!!!!

Cathy, that's right, good one girlfriend, use Mother Nature for all she's worth! ROFLOL!

It is supposed to be 70 here tomorrow! Believe it or not, I kind of liked the weather in the midwest.

lol, Peach, what a positive way to look at it! If the roof caves in, you can stack fabric to the clouds! Sky is the limit! lol
