I know Cindyb wrote that her life was all upside down right now. Are we still waiting for the other few that haven't arrived, or have they decided not to participate after all? I'm just wondering what the swap hosts usually do when all the packages don't arrive on time. It's my first swap and I'm really looking forward to seeing all the charms that come my way.
