I don't have the labels yet but that's what I'm working on. I'd like to document them as much as possible.

UPDATE: The Grandmother's Flower Garden was possibly made by my Great-grandmother. Dad says she quilted and it may have come from her. Well, that's better than nothing! LOL

Red & White Fan update:

My mom said that it was made by my grandfather's mother so that's my Great-grandmother. It was made for my Uncle, my mom's brother. She said she also has another quilt that might have been the one made for her. I asked her for a picture of it. This is fun!

I like these quitls. I have a double wedding ring. I don't know who made it. It was in my step-Father stuff when he die. I will have to talk to my step brothers. Katherine

Your quilts are beautiful. I love the way the red fan blocks are placed. It gives it a 3-D look. Amazing that your great grandmother was so modern in her thinking. It's great that you are getting all that information on the quilts. What a treasure they will still be in years to come. Now we all know why it is so important to label your quilts. Don't want our great grandchildren having the same problem. LOL

Thank you! I think my mom was having fun remembering all this information. She has another quilt as well but I haven't seen it yet. She's supposed to take some pictures and email them to me.
