I'm guilty of that, too. But if that's the worst habit I have, then I guess it isn't so bad, right? I used to buy only the fabric I needed for the project I was doing. Then went to the LQS for some that I had fallen in love with and it was gone. I then learned that if it catches your eye and you go back to look at it more than once, it HAS TO come home with you. I try to use some of my stash in each project, but sometimes it's so much fun to use a new fabric (or the whole line). I still have room in my "dungeon" so there's always room for one or two or more yards. Plus, it's so colorful & cheerful.

Audrey I just read Stash Envy. It was hysterical. Def. a good read. Haven't gotten to read the other one you mentioned, but I do have it.

Sorry for the off topic question, but what is LQS?

You betcha. Anytime. Took me a little while to figure out the abbrev. used here.

We are eternal optimists and think that there will be a time that we can sit and put all our treasures in lovely works of art.

As for me, a piece of fabric represents art to me. It is cheaper than buying artwork...ha So I buy more than I need, but I am single/div and my cats don't seem to mind.
