Just had to post about my goodies from Secret Santa!! Went to the mailbox and there was a manila envelope with no return address! Of COURSE the postmark was chopped up over the stamps and you couldn't read it AT ALL!!! Opened up the package and there were SIX apple mug rugs-two red, two yellow and two green in there, along with a sweet quilty card with Happy Fall from Secret Santa inside! Not any clue at all! Thank you so much for the mug rugs, Secret Santa! I truly love them and you did a wonderful job on them! I think I am going to hang them in my kitchen instead of using them-they are too cute to use!! Thank you SOOOOOOO much, Secret Santa!!

I am so EXCITED!...I got a SS teaser in my mailbox today! ..There are 2 really neat FQ's both representing my FAVORITE time of year..FALL....a package of really pretty flower (including sunflowers.. blank note cards..and a really nice card with a really sweet note inside.....I REALLY REALLY love everything! I got something in the mail yesterday - not for me. I was asked to be a Santa's helper and send something to someone. So Bluemoon, be on the lookout.

I got a Secret Santa teaser in the mail today!!! Whoever you are, thank you. I got two glittering pumpkin decorations (the bling is right up my alley) and two Mary Englebrecht books one for summer and one for winter. They are cute craft books. Thanks again, Secret Santa!

Such pretty teasers headed in all directions.. I have another question. When we mail our potholders and prizes do we keep it secret with no return address? How does that work still a secret or ok to let them know since they dont get to open until all have received right?

I am so green LOL Now blushing red with stupidity:) a true christmas elf LOL Just making sure I play correctly:)

Izzy, what I do is use my elf's address as the return address. that way it will get to her house before opening day and she can just wonder about it a while, shake it a bit... smell it, listen for barking or meowing...think about peeking and tear only a small part of the wrapping.. but not open it...

I will put a card inside with my real name on it...

IZZY, and other new Santas, what Chriss said is what I do, too. Use my elf's return address and enclose a card inside the main gift package with a letter giving up my identity and telling her a little about myself.

This is all such fun! I've been asked to act as a Santa's Helper, too, and mail a few things. I love being sneaky!
