Carole, your blocks look great!

MaryZ, Jana, Lois, Carole, and Valerie - I admire your desire to work on soooooo many TINY blocks! I don't think I could ever stay happy working on the 4" blocks - too tiny for me and my fingers. I'm not even fond of 6" blocks.

There were two or three of the Dear Jane blocks I really liked that I couldn't find directions for in a larger size, so I did the math to make them 12" blocks.

Good luck with your DJ blocks!!!

Carole, your blocks are so pretty. When you get back to Surprise, I will pop over and see these in person. Maybe you could give me some hints on how to do these small but adorable little blocks. Some look simple but others are, well, confusing to say the least.

Keep up the work everyone and keep posting pics. What an inspiration to the rest of us. I hope to be quilting soon in a "HOUSE" somewhere in AZ. God bless and happy quilting. I an enjoying this thread. Thank you MaryZ for starting this. Your blocks are lovely too. I really like the bright colors you chose for this.

Hugs, Shirley Mae

i forgot to say, i'm 'QAYG' my blocks. just the front and the wadding, then i will add my backing at the end and just sew down the 'sashings' with the machine... a lot easier!!
my 'DJ' is going to be a 'rainbow jane' in batiks... the ones that look black are actually dark blue or purple... it's just really bad light here!!
