Dearest El's Angels.

First off let me thank each and every one of you participating or not.
We can NOT always DO what we want to do, but we do the best we can.
Our hearts are in the right place.

I have to be carefull no to overload one person more then another.
Remember the geese story?
You run in front and lead the flock.
When you tire you slow down and gently go behind the rested and sroneger geese. We don't leave anyone behind.
We all take turns.

Having said all that I went through the replies and added your name in 'The List' (LOL my dreaded list)

If I have mis-placed you let me know and I'll correct it.

Lori is the Host, that does NOT mean that she carries ALL the responsibilities. It does mean to pay attenion to her sugestions, advise and request. It also means to keep her updated about your contribution. Communication is the key here. We ALL have a life, and we ALL have things happen to us to prevent us from following through.
Just be sure to communicate that to your host AND co-host.

I think I could get a couple blocks done to help out depending on the deadline date for getting them completed and mailed.

What about a combination of 6 1/2" and 12 1/2" (unfinished blocks) in your favorite block, OR........maybe do the friendship blocks??????

I like Kittyquilt's suggestion on everyone making their favorite block so it's not so stressful. 12 1/2 unfinished blocks are most common, I think.
