I agree with Lynn, I need to adjust the top tension on both the babylock and the Pfaff to about a 6 or 7 to do freemotion. You may also be moving too fast, you have to keep a steady pace so that you don't have stitches that are too long and the back doesn't get an eyelasy effect.

Thanks. I increased the top tension and it seems to be working much better.
