Good Evening Gals

Just came up from the lower level, got most of my ironing done. Ironed just enough to get me through a week of work.

Haven't been out of the house all weekend, except to get the mail and clean out the messy fridge in the garage, but am proud of myself that I accomplished quite a bit of chores:

Cleaned kitchen including floor
Vacuumed up and down (Split entry house)
Did all the laundry and have 95% of it folded and ready to put away
Cleaned off my desk... sort of
Filed a bunch of papers that have been lying around
Got 4 granny's garden blocks done
Got 1/2 of the border done on Nadine2007's RR block
Worked on my Ugly Fat Quarter project for Erin.
Mended a pair of pants
took 2 naps--one per day
changed the sheets on my bed
cleaned up the sewing room once, then made another mess.

HEY I'M POOPED!

Now it's time to crash on the couch and see what I can find to watch on TV. I found a notebook full of quilt patterns I printed off the internet that I forgot I had so while watching TV I'm going to organize them AGAIN. Then, I'm going to fall into bed and try to psyche myself up for another week of work! (YUK)

Ms SewSew, it's been a hot one here today in southern California hasn't it? It cooled off real nice here last night, though. I slept in a tank top and long jammie pants with no socks and was fine. I think I'll take a cool shower tonight before I go to bed; worked all day and I feel kinda grimy!

Hi Carin! I was at work all weekend, being held hostage by stressed-out moms and ravenous babies...LOL

It's time to start the bedtime routine...I might just jump in a shower for 2 minutes before we get to tooth brushing. I'm just hot and icky and my feet are kinda rank...a shower and fresh jammies would be real nice!

Hi all. Got back from Big Basin weekend camping trip. Everything unloaded and put away. Everyone showered. Taxes done. Thinking of bed. Too tired even for dinner. DH fed DGS soup and crackers for dinner. Nighty night all.
