I've never seen a scrap bin!!!
My local quilt shop has old fat quarters for a dollar, and I use that alot to get enough fabric for my scrappy quilts!!
Also, garage sales are big here.... last summer I bought a big 30 gallon size bag full of fabric for 5.00!!

LOL @ Caroline. That was funny. LOL I am never lucky enough to find a scrap bin. Wish I was. Around here the WalMart stores have already discont. their fabric depts. so no luck there. The LQS rarely has scrap bags because they are used for charity quilts, I think. They will take bags of 100% cotton scraps donated for these quilts.
