I don't know if it's the machine applique version you're speaking of, Mary. It's a pattern I found years ago and had in my stash a long time. The flowers and leaves are appliqued, but the stems are a small zig-zag machine stitch. It would be pretty using fussy cut flowers and leaves too.

I have a paper pieced wedding ring pattern that I'd like to do also. but right now I'm making table toppers for the dining room table. I'd like to do one representative of each season. Just finished a watermelon topper so summer is taken care of ... :)

JudyWoo - I'm flabbergasted with that beautiful quilt. Man, looks like a LOT of work but it sure paid off. Gorgeous.
