I'm late today. Sew-in ran late for me and then I had to meet Walking Lori, shower, and eat. But I'm here now!
Yesterday was busy with piecing batting, quilting and binding one donation quilt. Today, more of the same only will be working on a smaller quilt - only 60" square. A postage stamp quilt. Yesterday was my string quilt. Both were posted in Photos back when I finished the tops. I actually have made 3 postage stamps and two strings. These quilts were made using those scrap pieces as jump scraps or "leader/enders" but now that I have an automatic thread cutter, I don't do that much anymore, though I probably should.
CAROL - I am down to stems and seeds for jam jars, so I'll be using whatever I have left. I give about 75% of my jam away and no one seems inclined to return my jars.
BECCA - I know how you miss your beautiful woodsy home. I'm already heartsick over the thought of Vicki's property being cleared and that's not even my property! They want ours, too, but no way will I sell. In the future I know we'll have to sometime, but not today!
LORI - Whenever I see Cheesecake Factory I can't help but think of Big Bang Theory!

Well, I wasn't in the mood for a big dinner last night so we had grilled cheese instead. And grapes. So tonite will be the chops. In fact, I think I'll put them into the crockpot instead with some potatoes, onions, carrots, and celery.
What's making your mouth water tonite?
