Welcome to June. I have contemplated what to do for this month as I had switched tactics and decided to try and get blocks to the winner before the holiday so they could have a new quilt for the upcoming celebration. But that would mean skipping 4th of July as I would not be able to get blocks to winner in time for a quilt to celebrate such an important holiday. This is not a holiday I think we should skip especially today being Memorial Day. I think we need to celebration our Freedom. So..........
Everyone will choose their own block. It must finish at 12 inches (12.5 unfinished). Colors will be Red, White and Blue. Place them wherever you like in the block. You can make all your blocks the same or change them up. All your blocks do not have to be the same block. Think sampler quilt. Make as many or as few as you would like.
Life is behind for me so I don't have blocks to post pics right now but working on it. Please ask if you have questions.

Re: June Lotto
I love quilters choice. What a great way to try out that block I've been looking at and add a couple of other blocks for variety.
I have one I've been wanting to make so this will be fun.

Re: June Lotto
I was going to bow out this month as we're leaving May 31 for 10 days. But you've made this so enticing that I simply can't resist! I've been wanting/needing more R/W/B around our house. Thanks, Val!!

Diane makes the quilts. She'll know. I believe the size is 60 x 80, but I don't know any of the other requirements.
