We are warming up a bit here. Makes our morning walks a bit more comfy.
Yesterday I kitted up a couple of small projects for my quilting lesson on Thursday with Sammy. I confess I feel kind of silly trying to teach her anything. She is almost 17 and nearly 6 feet tall. I'm not quite 5 feet. I feel like I need to stand on a stool to get my lesson across.

Today's plan is more sewing for me. I hope to finish up my current project by tomorrow. Then I can get out my Star Bright - 4" stars in 30's fabrics with WOW background.
CAROL - so sorry about the loss of your quilting friend. My brother, Jim, had Parkinson's, too, and it was a terrible journey for him for 17 years. I pray one day they find a cure. I didn't know your sister broke her hip. Is this the same sister that was in the hospital not so long ago?
JANA - are you still making towels?
VELDA - how are you going to quilt your DP?
BECCA - sounds like you are all ready for your Christmas celebration!
MARY ROSE - I hope you can fit it all in! There is simply no rearranging my sewing room any more. It's only 10x10 and I have so much sewing stuff. I have weeded it all out many times but still have very little wiggle room. lol! Plus, I share it with the cat and he likes to move his space around now and then, too.
LORI - your au gratin potato stacks sound delicious! Two of my favorite food groups - potatoes and cheese!

Tonite we're having lasagna. Got to fix it before the weather turns hot again. The oven really heats up the trailer.
