I LOVE the black sky with the twinkling stars. Where can I buy some and a thought to ponder for all the blocks to have this background???

In one paragraph you want us to use a background that compliments our snowman. So is the Black for the hat or the whole background of the block.

Love the idea. Sorry for the questions.

Pam, he's a great snowman! I think he'll be awesome! Would you like me to sign you up?

Teresa, The black with thin white is for the background. I wouldn't use the same fabric for the hat or scarf or whatever as the background, it needs to be different like that. But yes the background is the black with thin white lines/design.

Yes, I would like to join. Mom and I are going on a shop hop bus trip next week, Saturday. Eight shops in one day.
I can get my fabrics, then.

What are your thoughts on kona white vs a WOW? I keep debating back and forth. The kona would be cleaner, but the WOW would have texture.

Pam, hmmm I like both WOW and Kona white :) you can use one or the other or both, it's totally your choice. I made some snowmen and used WOW that had snowflakes and I love them, makes me think they're actually of snow hehe but there's so much to choose from. You get to pick which you prefer :) I'm no help huh ;)

Tina, I am so glad that you love my snowman.

Now that you mentionned it < snowmen out in the night and snowing >; there are tiny little white dots on the lines. It looks like if it is falling itty bitty snowflakes!!
