Blessings beyond measure

Some of God's promises are conditional. His promise of material blessing is one of them. In this verse, He promises to bless those who honor Him with what they own and with what they earn. When we give of our material possessions, God has promised to bless us with material blessings.

God never experiences hard times. His bank never fails, His ships never break upon the rocks or get lost in the fog; His blessings are never in short supply; He has promised to bless us when we meet His conditions, and we know that He will keep his promise.

Sometimes God delivers His blessings in strange ways. Look at some bible situations: Black Ravens brought food to Elijah; Bees put honey in lion for Samson; Widow fed Elijah from an empty barrel, and Jesus fed a multitude from a boys lunch.

Adversity sometimes brings blessings, and the swift dove of God's blessing often swoops down to meet our needs when least expected.

Pray for your blessings!! but foremost Honor God!!

Hugs prayers and God bless

Many times in the scriptures we are taught the law of tithing, giving back to the Lord of our increase. It is such a blessing in my life to live that law. We have been blessed in this family, many times over.

I have taught my family that serving a full time mission is, in a way, paying tithing on their life. You see, our missionaries serve two years, and start their service around the age of 19. What a wonderful way to serve Heavenly Father. Serving a mission is a choice, not a obligation, just the same way tithing is. I like to take the choice of receiving blessings!

I always remember the verse "All that I have is thine alone, a trust Oh Lord from thee". I don't remember where that is written, but is always in my prayers of thanksgiving. Blessings overflowing.
