What a peaceful setting this little cabin by the stream. The fall colors are in the air. Everything in life happens for a reason. I needed this verse this morning. I will be taking daddy to the doctor because something showed up in the X-rays we took a couple of weeks ago and the doctor wants to discuss it. I fear there may be a fracture of some type from his many falls. But I need the LORDS strength to not worry or be fearful of bad news.

Know God can make you feel peace just like this photo instills. May you all have peace and acceptance today.

As i read this here this morning, a quote from conference came to mind.
" We may not understand why certain things happen, or why certain prayers go unanswered, we can know that in the end, everything will make sense."

The Lord is in charge and has purpose for each of us in this life. It takes us to have faith and trust in Him, at all times, in all things and in all places.

I enjoy your spiritual encouragement. I also agree with you, Jana, All things happen with purpose and some times we rejoice later for unanswered prayers and find they were a gift to us after all.
