Supper club, Feb. 23, Tuesday..............
Good early afternoon from a very sunny but chilly, SW. Pa...We have been blessed with a lot of sun lately, thank goodness...If nothing else, it helps get me out of bed in the morning, lol....
Was happy to see our Mary's post yesterday day during her "happy hour" and enjoying the warm temps.....
I'm wondering if I'd start having "happy hour" around here, maybe I'd have more pep and actually get more done...Do you think 9:00 would be a good hour???
Last night I talked to Kathy for an hour and she asked when we were coming out her way....And then I talked to my friend in Florida and she asked if we were coming her way...I think if we didn't have the fur babies, it would be a different story but we can't take them, hate to leave them, so we'll stay home.....
In talking to Kathy, she thinks I should try to get a 2nd opinion on Jim's dementia...I don't think she wants to accept what's happening and maybe someone else will do something different....I just hate to put him through any more tests and get him more confused...Sometimes life isn't easy......
I'm not getting too much accomplished today...The uglies are done and laundry is caught up, most of it, so now, I guess I'll sacrifice and play in my room....Still looking for the right pattern for Terry's black and white quilt.....
We had stew last night and it was delish so guess what's on the menu for tonight???? I do have some ground meat and think I'll make up some "go to" meals and put them in the freezer (and hopefully remember to mark them)......
So, what's happening in your kitchen, has to be better than mine....I was just thinking, before I decide on my "happy hour" I need to make a trip and get something....Oh well, guess I'll have another cup of tea......
You all have a great day....
Happy eating............

Irish, I keep forgetting happy hour gere LOL, now that's bad!
Becca, I have a hair appointment tomorrow
I don't have any idea what I'm going to make for supper, leftovers are all gone. I guess I need to go look in the freezer. Yesterday we had a nasty windy dirt blowing day, today is beautiful, maybe I'll see if we have something to throw on the grill!

Good afternoon,
Just got home from a traipse! Stopped off at Harbor Freight and Walmart and the little boy in the backseat asked, very nicely for a "hamma-burger" with cheese at his store - McDonalds. The car pulled in!
Dinner is bbq ribs. It is so nice outside, so I need some bbq. But I will cheat and do them in the oven, as it may be bright and blue skies, it is still cold!
Enjoy,
Jana

Irish--our fur babies keep us home here, too. No one wants to babysit the three hooligans!
We had pizza here this evening. I made thick crust pepperoni for DH and thin crust veggie for me. We were both very happy.
Tomorrow is dinner out--Chinese!
Enjoy!!!

Good Evening Everyone!
It is after supper here, so I am sure almost all of you are nodding off.
Tonight I made stuffed pepper casserole. Instead of stuffing a whole green pepper I cut it up and put it in with the other ingredients in a casserole. My sister, Kay, suggested it. It was very tasty!
Becca - Glad you could get out today.
Tina - Not sure I would know early in the morning either. I planned this dinner.
Irish - Stew sounds so good! The cooler weather to go with it would also be nice!
Jana - Enjoy your indoor BBQ.
Chickie - You are very patient cooking two different pizzas. My DH would prefer a thin crust pepperoni, he gets a thick crust cheese pizza, because that is what I will eat. lol
Have a good Wednesday Everyone!
