LORI - how many RWB blocks did you make? Expecting a full count, I made 20. I spent two days at my sewing machine to get them finished before my sisters arrived. I knew there would be no sewing time once they got here and I was RIGHT! I Can't even see my machine. It's like suitcases exploded in my sewing room.

VINAE - Once the family leaves and life settles down, I will consider the jar swap if it's not to late to sign up.

The bookcase idea is sweet! I made a similiar quilt for Autumn's 21st birthday (18 years ago!) but there were only 'books' on it. I didn't know then that she was going to end up a librarian.

If the jar swap gets full and Maryz wants to play she can have my second set space in the swap.

Lori- ok, I will keep my fingers crossed..
MaryZ and Chriss, I don't think we have any worries of the jar swap filling up. LOL Looks like we have plenty of room. I sure hope more will sign up. I love the book case idea. Sew cute!!

Ooh I'd love to join, but I have 3 trips away and the new puppy arriving so I don't think I'd get them done in time, especially as I have to allow extra posting time.......I'll look forward to seeig all your makes though, have fun xx

JULES - it looks like you wouldn't have to make a full set of 20 blocks for either swap. and we still have two months . . . Just sayin' . . . . We always love your beautiful blocks and your wonderful fabrics . . . maybe this is just what you need to get your sew-jo back! Twist, twist.

(How am I doing, Vinae? Trying to help!)

MaryZ- Yes great twisting!

Jules- MaryZ is right! you wouldn't need to make very many and jar blocks go fast and you can do what ever you like for the RWB if you are interested. Did you see the cute book case that Jacquie posted for the jars? Love it. TWIST TWIST TWIST!!! :D
