I got all my photo copies cut out. I trace them onto poster board and use the poster board as my template. This weekend I will get some progress made.

I have something to finish up tomorrow then I'll be back to my cats I did get the BC quilt finished and it will be on it's way to Maryrose tomorrow. I'll start working on the other requested one hopefully this weekend. I cleaned my sewing room today and it looks so....well, clean! We can't have that you know?! LOL

had enough black on black for 15 cats. they are done. they just need their flowery border. dont have enough of same fabric so think ill make 3 of each different border. i can get 3 borders out of 1 fat quarter. so far red roses around black cats looks nice. marcia

I started making kitties yesterday and after the 2nd one, asked Jim what he thought....There are times when men shouldn't open their mouths, lol...He looked at the blocks and said, he had never seen a purple cat...Well, I know 1 person that loves purple/lilac and will love a purple cat, right Izzy????
But, I have bunches of fabric in the washer now and will get back to sewing real quick......

Irish...I am sure your purple cat is awesome and Izzy would indeed love it...
I made a prototype and do not like it..I am putting the cat swap aside and doing some rows and coming back to the cats the first of September...
In the meantime I will pull fabric and draw pictures for them..

If I make one I like in the meantime I will post it for approval..
