We worked hard in our shop yesterday. Way up on the highest storage shelves we found 5 big bins of stuff that belongs to the kids - mostly Autumn. Plus her set of dishes (service for 12!) and silverware (16!) that I bought her for her hope chest 25 years ago. Guess our truck will be filled to the brim when we go to Texas in January.
TINA - I'm not sure what a "Soncho" is, but I'd like to hear more . . . lol!!
JANA - your supper plan for last night sounded awesome! You brought back a happy memory. When the kids were little, we often packed a picnic supper and went to a nearby county park and their dad would meet us there after work. No trains though.

BECCA - nice that you have a neighbor willing to share his garden! You made me think of Peter Rabbit sneaking into Farmer MacGregor's carrot patch!
IRISH - thank you!! xoxo
JOANNE - sounds too hot for me to cook, too!
TINA - you lay-about! Get workin', Girl!! You think you're on vacation or something?? lol! Seriously, you deserved a dinner out! And here I'd gone ahead and had a glass of wine for you - just in case . . .
Today will be more cleaning in the shop, but the hardest part is done. Whew! I did get an hour in the sewing room and I hope at least for that today. Not working on anything special right now, but just playing around with ideas.
I'm at a loss for supper tonite. It's going to be about 76* today, so we might grill chicken again. I have a meatloaf in the freezer, but we're cooling off and getting rainy in a few days and I'm saving the meatloaf for then, with baked potatoes and salad. Maybe pizza would be good for tonite . . . Even though it involves the oven, we'll be sitting outside so that will be OK. And a salad. Ok, got it! Pizza it is!
What's on your menu for tonite?
