SUPPER CLUB - Sun, Dec 28th
The last Sunday in Dec. and it's a CHILLY one!! Another 1 or 2 degrees colder and this rain would be snow! I think it's time for us to go north to get warm!!
Supper tonite should be comfort food. And I think eggs and hash will suit the "Bill".
What's sounds good to you?

Good Morning Maryz: You really are an early bird. I have been a couch/easy chair potato for this weekend. I have had a dry cough for about a week. Not really acting like a cold, so I am thinking it was brought on from me being on the phone with my brothers and sisters wishing each a wonderful holiday. The next day, I was hoarse and had this cough.
So yesterday, I declined going on a F.A.R.T. with Lyn to Corpus Christi. I napped three different times and just played lazy.
I had left over potato soup for us and that made supper really easy.
So. today, I am going to make my DH's favorite: My chicken noodle casserole. He is delighted and me too, because I will have left overs for a couple of days.
I am coughing less this morning, so I think maybe my throat is getting better. I also gave in and took Benydril -can't spell worth a darn!. That is why I was able to nap so much yesterday LOL
I read your post over on Sew Ins about the "birthday celebration. What a great idea. That proves what a great guy your Bill is.
That is what is so special about this forum. friends helping friends.
Have a great day and happy eating!!!

I'm thinking tonight will be ham with macaroni and cheese with raw veggies and dip or salads on our plates this evening.
DH is working in the timber with a huge downed tree. He has an order for five ricks of hickory, and this was a big hickory that blew down in a windstorm. I need to help him, but I'm doing housework and laundry. I'm hoping to do some sewing as well.
Enjoy!

Good afternoon,
Came home from church and put the pot roast in the crock pot for dinner tonight, with all the trimmings later. Also have a hankering for a goodie - rice krispie treats - i add extra marshmallows, so they are a little gooier
The Ward announced that next week we will be re-arranging the boundaries - so with the shake up, I don't know if I will have my new group of activity day girls - sad face! When we are called to serve in a calling, we all know it is not permanent, but it is still hard and sad to change, and a new calling will be be good too. All part of life.
Enjoy,
Jana

Tonight will be delivery pizza and salad...and some chicken nuggets for Earl, too. Son Randy has been here all afternoon and we've been couch potatoes watching football. At 8:30pm our Bengals play Irish's Steelers for the district win...big game!

Hi everybody, we are heading to southeast Texas tomorrow. Some place called Port Lavaca. The guys are going hunting, and I will be left to my own entertainment. That usually means shopping!;-) I've never been there, so I don't know what's available. Mr. Creditcard and I will certainly find something we must have. LOL
