Carole, walking is great, it will surely help a lot.

my doc report said I need to lose weight and exercise... so Jerry and I are going to start something. and I am done with white food.

Hello Girls,Starting us off today for weigh in.

I am down another Lb.So 2 to go.HAPPY DANCE here.Hoping everyone has a good week this week.With Holidays coming it will mean being on guard.

CAROL I have walked for years.It really helps to tone your body but I have never seen that it made me lose.Some people do but I know it is great for your health.Hope it helps you & CHRISS.

I am down 13 pounds since we started. finally broke that 10 pound mark..

Soccer will be over this weekend so there will be more free time and I will come up with some kind of an exercise thing....

I always start but never stick with a plan when it comes to exercise..

we're doing great girls...

Our new scale at TOPS is in, and we used it for the first time. I gain .08 lbs this week. Not too bad after that wonderful luncheon the embroidery group put on for us. Got a new battery for my WW scale and it was only off the.08 lbs. My other scale was always off 3 lbs. So I will be using the WW scale from now on. Yesterday I walked 11,556 steps. For the past 3 days I have walked over 10,000 steps. My goal has been 8,000 steps. So even though I put on that.08 lbs I have accomplished something this week. Now another week to work on. BTW I got an award today at TOPS, I lost 3 lbs in the month of October. Wish it were more, but 3 lbs is a start.

You girls are my inspiration and I check here everyday to see how you are doing. Lets stick together and get this done. Love all of you.

Carole, congrats on your award! That .08 will come off :-) you're doing good with not gaining your 3 from your infusion :-)

Katy, at a girl, a loss is a loss :-)
I'm up 2 pounds but I had pie, cake and ice cream for 2 birthdays so I figured I'd gain, oh well. I'll be eating regular food for thanksgiving and Christmas too Lol ahhhhh the holidays ;-)
We'll get there, I have faith! Keep up the good work everyone! You all are amazing!

Carole, actually for a 3 pound infusion you are doing great... you aren't keeping the 3 pounds...

my problem is I don't exercise at all... I'm a slug. I'm losing the weight but need to tighten the skin. I've been eating a lot of veggies and using spaghetti squash as if it were a starch.

It's very hard but I have stayed away from all sweets... I am going to lose the weight...
