They're here! They're here! Wish I had time to play right now, but just to busy with family and my daughter's engagement celebration!
Many thanks to all of you!

My blocks came, too! They actually got here late yesterday but I was too busy with evening things to post. I have to say, each block is so purrfect! They all will play together so well and really make a nice wintery quilt. Thank you, everyone! I don't know if I can get them together before going south for the winter, but whenever I do, it will be a joy to sew all your blocks into my quilt.

Oh my gosh, girls, they are ALL so pretty!!! Can't wait to get them squared up and up on the design wall!

Thank you to ALL of you... what a fabulous quilt these are going to make!

A special thanks to Teresa for putting this all together!

I've been playing with my Christmas blocks today and have to say again how pretty they all are! Nice work, EVERYONE!! I plan to sash them with white snowflake fabric with medium blue cornerstones. I have a snowy village print to use for the borders and binding will be the same as the cornerstones. The backing is beige flannel with swirling, blowing snowflakes on it.

I'm hoping the last two blocks arrive soon so I have time to finish this quilt before we leave in 2 weeks. I really would like to take this quilt with me in our RV for the holidays. 'Cause there sure wont' be snow where we're going! But if they don't get here in time, I think I'll use just 16 blocks and then use the last ones later for a tablerunner. Anyway, that's my plan!

My blocks came today!

There are beautiful!!! Thank you everyone and a special thank you to Teresa!

Great job everyone!

I am thinking of setting with plain blocks in snowy fabric between the pieced blocks. I can use 18 that way ito make a queen size quilt with borders. Then, when the last two blocks come, I can make coordinating pillows.

Got a few minutes to play with my blocks today. They are wonderful! The ideas for putting them together are forming in my head. I pulled a bit of fabric out of my stash that I'm thinking of using with them. Fun, fun, fun!
