Good afternoon from a very soggy, chilly, SW. Pa....What do they say about April showers.............

Bright and early this morning I had a dentist appointment, one that I have been putting off...I chipped a front tooth and it's never hurt but I just have this thing about dentists...The one we go to it excellent, known as being painless but I told them the real reason I don't come is I can't talk...One of my best friends is the assistant and that makes it even worse (talk wise)...So, he put me all back in shape, then I went to the bank, came home and got Jim and then went for some groceries and stopped for lunch....Now, I'm ready for a nap...

The fellow that came to measure for the doors told me it would be a couple of days....He was the nicest young man, red hair and full blooded Irish....I wanted to adopt him....Then last night Kathy's DS stopped down..I had texted him and told him I had pies in the oven and 1 had his name on it...He love, loves pumpkin pie so when I need my DGS fix, I bake him a pie....

My baby eagles are growing like weeds...Mom and Dad take turns feeding them and it really is something to watch..Right now, they are little fuzz balls with wings and so darn cute....

Suzette, hope your doctor report was a good one and that coffee tasted extra good...I too can't drink it black, need some plain Creamora....How about some pictures of your tattoos...I've been tempted but can't seem to get past the idea of those needles...Jim has a shamrock on his upper arm...

Izzy, sounds like you're really going to have a fun day....This week sure did fly by quickly didn't it? I think you deserve another week....

Maryq, more snow! Here I am complaining about the rain, yikes.....But, I have a feeling, nothing is going to put a damper on the excitement of "you know who" moving....Starting Monday, you'll have sunny days......Be safe.....

Cindy, I feel so bad when I hear how you're hurting....Sure wish they give you an answer and then something to fix it....Your casserole sounds yummy, how about posting the recipe when you have time....My thoughts and prayers are with you and Don.....

Just want you all to know, I heard from Karlene and she said to tell everyone "hello"...She's well and just taking a break...She's sure, "she'll jump back into the sewing at some point"....

Well, I'd better try to get something done, won't be much...It's the kind of day you want to curl up with a good book and a hot cup of tea and the heck with any uglies....(Now where did I leave my book?)

You all have a great day...............

First - the Chicken & Dumpling Casserole is on Pinterest. Don loves it.

Second - we are going camping after all - NERTZ!!! At the lake the forecast is for 50% chance of rain on both Saturday and Sunday, not as bad as the news said last night. Don wants to go and since this is his last good weekend for a while I'm not going to complain...to him anyway. Y'all are such good sounding boards that I feel like I can raise Cain here if I need to.

OK - gotta get back to work.

Oh, Maryq - happy roommate ridding day tomorrow!!!!
