Good morning from sunny, semi warm, SW. Pa....Mother Nature is being nice, at least for a couple of days.....
OK, where is Mary??? Hasn't given up on eating, has she???
Carol, I really enjoy your posts, very entertaining....I think you should do a cook book with all your recipes, just for us....
Well, I found my way to Aldi's yesterday and came home with lots of stuff...Now to figure out how and what to do with all that stuff...I'm leaning towards stuffed peppers for tonight's dinner..Not sure what else and will probably need to bake something..(Girl Scout cookies are gone)....Of course, I'm going out to lunch again today so those peppers and goodies are iffy.....

Good Afternoon.Sunny & 79 but cool down is on the way.That is too hot for early March.
CAROL Sure hope that you soon feel better.Takes a while to get over chest congestion.Your meals sound good.I do not cook like I used to.
I took my walk & got butterfly bush trimmed.Even thought about planting seed.
For dinner grilled chicken breast ,Baked beans, green salad. Becca

Welcome home, Dorothy! Such a great friend to come back to all the cold early. Jim will be happy, happy, happy to have frsh goodies again.
Carol - get well quickly - what you have is no fun, my DH is getting over it too.
Becca - I could sure go for a Subway, right now, but they stopped making my favorite - pastrami!
Today is my usual day with my little girls, but DS 4 made a appointment to pick up a rental car for their Spring Break trip to San Diego, right when the girls would be here - so I had to cancel the girls. And besides that, he won't go over to QIAD for me! Little stinker! They are staying about 2 blocks from the beach there and going to the model railroad museum - not alot of free time.
So I have a pork roast in the oven to make several meals off of - bbq sandwiches, my Cafe Rio salads, and tacos - but since it is Tuesday, it's chicken. All the others will start
tomorrow.
