Wow everyone is so busy. I have been entering medicaid billing all morning. YUK. I am two months behind due to weather, makeup sessions for me being out and such. I am almost caught up I did print Jan logs now to finish up last week of Feb and done. Thats for 68 students LOL Yeah sounds awful huh. I hate the new system I have to enter tx times every time even though they never change UGH.

Mary you will love the recessed cams. My DH is electrician and my whole house has them I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM:)) Although the ones in my sewing room have florescent bulbs and have to warm up to be ultra bright but thats ok I just turn them on first thing in morning and leave them. Not too cost effective huh LOL

Chriss I just put clean sheets on guest bed and new quilt LOL. My goats do not butt you. Nope not a one. Now Chocolate will request a kiss by standing on gate when you come through but once you give her her kiss she gets down. LOL Charlie stinks but he wont butt you either. Now He may pee on you LOL he is in rut and one time I was bent over picking up sticks in his pin and he walked beside me and sprayed my legs. YUK but my DH got a kick out of it. I didnt fancy it too much. I dont turn my back on him anymore LOL

Worked on mystery quilt some last night. Finally chose my background totally different than what I first thought but when I saw this months pattern it was right choice:) Go check out pic in swaps thread:)

Well I better get back to work gotta test some kids today and obsv some others. Not enough hours in the day.

DH stayed home today sick. He never calls in sick. Poor baby. I have quarentined him to basement. Its cool down there so germs wont fester and grow:)

God Bless and happy thoughts
Izzy

Waiting for the guy to show up at the house. Nice that my phone can be a hot spot for my tablet.

Sherry - I'm sorry to read about DH and Pepper. We have the ashes of Bear (Maltese) and Sam (Black Lab) with us in the Motorhome. DH said they always traveled with us and they always will. The pup your going to look at sounds very nice, hope it works out.

Good morning!

The weather in the Mountain West can't decided what it wants this morning - first it was raining - then snowing, back to raining and now it has been snowing for about 2 hours - flakes as big as snowcones! The snow is sticking, so I guess that I will call a self-imposed snow day and sew! LOL

Worked on the Mystery blocks - needs some frogging - my points didn't line up properly! I am such a point nazi! Mine just have to meet or I will rip them out and if they never do - that block ends up in Acme Landfill! LOL

So just sewing around here today - Do something fun!

Hugs
Jana

It snowed more since 5am, but it's OK.. Went out brief, errunds cut short, roads/sidewalk dangerous, it can wait. Picked up box of egg rolls! I should learn to make my own can't be that hard. So far, tasted meat filled, today was cabbage..

Felt good to step out clear the air.. Very sunny now, and melting despite above freezing. Every now, and then you hear a boom, weight of snow bank shifts..

Parts of city have frozen pipes 9ft under ground which creates water main breaks, and residence have no water for 1 mth. Some are urban dwellers and can't get concept boiled snow makes water.. My house, is OK! God willing.

Oh, I'm done sewing for a while. I'll walk around the house a few times, the basement is just too cold. Forgot to have lunch so I'll do an early dinner. Then I'll try knitting for a while. I have my knitting class tomorrow. I would like to start something else. I checked out the ear flap hat but some of the directions are things I don't know. We'll see.

Good afternoon! I’ve been helping DH repair fence and add another wire on top to make it taller. I really enjoy working outside like that. The computer said we made 61 degrees this afternoon, but I couldn’t tell it—seemed much cooler. It was overcast, and a cold wind was blowing; still I enjoyed the fence work.

We also have two new calves and two more on the way. DS1 said he saw a new calf yesterday, but we never could find it today. We did see one newborn and two cows getting ready.

I’m sorry I don’t have time to write individually—now for my indoor chores and figuring something out for dinner... maybe shrimp...

Enjoy today!
