SUPPER CLUB - Thur, Jan 30th

Bill started the generator early this morning and here I am! I've got the coffee on!

You would think parked out on a desert in an RV would leave you lots of time to just sit and read or do nothing. But seems we're hopping all the time. Today will be the first opportunity to do some major house-cleaning. When traveling in an RV, the uglies always follow you along!

I think supper for us tonite will be some leftover BBQ'd chicken'n'rice that we have in the freezer. But one day soon, we're going to pull out the little pork roast we've been hoarding, brine it in Carol's recipe, and have a feast. But not today.

IRISH - happy your'e on the mend! chili sounds good. We have some of that in the freezer, too! We'd have that, but the chicken and rice is a bigger package. We eat the biggest food first to make space.

Hope you all are eating fine. I've been missing you!

Mornin from frosty, but sunny, SW. Pa...I'm still waiting for the higher temps the weather people have been promising...Maybe today we'll hit high 20s or even 30......

Mary, so good to see you...I always thought vacations were to relax but I find you have to come back home to do that...Enjoy every minute of your busy trip.....

And for our dinner, my brilliant hubby is in charge...Today is bingo with the elderly and Jim suggested, when he gets back, we do a little shopping and then eat out....Gee, twist my arm a little more! So, at 3:00, I'll have my shoes on and be ready to go....I haven't been out for 2 weeks so this will be a treat, I hope.....

Good Morning to all.Sunny but cold.Cannot get down our drive due to ice & snow.Had planned errands but another day.

IRISH So glad you're better.Go & enjoy yourself.

MARYz We always had to come home to rest.But such fun while it last.Enjoy!!

I have leftover spaghetti & the strawberry nut bread I made.It is so good.Makes 2 loaves.Yum.

Good to see y'all at the table!

We have been eating, seems that a meal is not missed aound here! LOL I could use a few skipped!

Went out to dinner last night to Chilis - they have some new things on the menu - all yummy! But way too much food for one meal - so we will have the leftovers for dinner tonight - me - chicken enchilada with a yummy sour cream sauce and DH, leftover fajitas. No afters, all the goodies are in Sarah's freezer up the street.
