Crazy winter weather
For some unknown reason, I have a fascination with the weather in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. I don't know a soul there but I still like to check their weather. Right now, I would rather be there than here. They have -1 with a wind chill of -24. We are in east central Indiana and our temp is -14 with a wind chill of -35. Talk about upside down weather!

Diana, my brother lives in North Pole, AK. He's a long-haul trucker and is in Prudoe often and has driven his rig on the frozen Arctic Sea to get where he needs to take his load. And one of his sons works there. He has posted some fridid looking photos on FB. It is COLD! But sounds like you have a better understanding of what it might be like up there than I do!! Stay warm!

Re: Crazy winter weather
Today, we are having a serious heat wave - it is 32 and finally going back to normal temperatures. Normally, I don't mind winter but I am getting to the point where I like the warmer weather better. Snow is OK for a few days. This has been fun now, I AM READY FOR SPRING!

Last week here in Maine we had below zero temps with a wind chill of 40 below zero and today we had 49 degrees and sunny. Weather in New England is if you don't like it just wait a bit it will soon change. Go figure.

Rhonda,
I thought that was only in Indiana. We are currently at 22 but that is always subject to change. My spring flowers have stuck their little heads through the ground but I think they ducked back into the ground after our cold SNAP!
