Good Morning Girls

Just a little breeze through this morning.. Working late shift all week, so I snuck down to the sewing room for a bit this morning... worked on my SS project for a few, then started making 2 bags for my pharmacist that had her twins over the weekend. I thought I had plenty of time, as the last I heard, they were thinking mid December--they came a little early. Max and Mason.. 3 and 4lb give or take.

Couldn't miss posting to wish Cindyg a very happy birthday! Yeah for the mixer--it will come in handy soon for all those Christmas cookies you are going to bake right?

For the rest of you.. I hope you have a most wonderful day too!

Gotta fly and hit the shower!

Wow you all are so busy. I am at work on lunch break ready to go home LOL but still have 4 and half hours to go UGH>

I have so much to do. weather was not bad in our area thank goodness lil windy at times and we had bad lightning last night but it was pretty against the dark sky and the full moon:) DFD said it looked like fireworks and I have to agree it really did.

I hope to sew some tonight and tie a few NH quilts. I am debating putting in machine and just doing a quick stipple on them. I really think that would be quicker in the long run. May try one tonight and see:)

Happy Bday to all you Nov babies:)) Turning another year young I always say :))

Well better get to my stack of paperwork for the day of computer input of data LOL YUK I hate that part of job.

God Bless and Happy thoughts

Good morning from a very sunny but chilly (50) Sw. Pa....As long as we have the sun, it feels warmer.......

This is going to be a quickie but needed to send birthday wishes to our Cindy....Hope your day is the "bestest".....I'd say you hit the jackpot with a new mixer....My "big" mixer is ancient but still does the job when I drag it out for those Christmas cookies....

I had a call from a gal friend and we're meeting for Chinese....So I won't be getting much done today....

Karlene, you're lucky I'm not your SS or I just might bundle up our new furbaby and send him your way.....We keep saying no more but boy, it's hard not bringing this fellow in the house....The person who puts these furbabies out in the cold should be made to spend time outside without food or shelter...They better hope they never run into me....

OK off my soap box...I need to get out the door...This gal has been away for a couple of weeks and we have so much to catch up on......

You all have a great day.....................

Good Late Morning &&& HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Cindy!!!!!

It might be afternoon by the time I finish typing this! I was up & out early for blood work. I talked with some very old woman who don't seem to have anyone to talk too.
Yesterday's guild meeting was very interesting. They are very friendly & there are $10 classes almost every month. I signed up for a Coin quilt in Dec. The class is 10 to 4. I think I'll take many of them & make friends. I neeeed quilting friends, there near me. There's a luncheon next month I think I'll do that too.

Today is phone calls & sandwiching the topper for my DD1's visiting nurse.

Love & Prayers.......Kathy

One inch of snow fell over wknd, white Xmas after all... Roads slippery which had them closed down in some parts of province. OK, I can take pictures, import them onto laptop from camera, now if only I could train wee brain to share via photobucket.

Good morning!

Happy Birthday Cindyg! Ethan and I are singing to you - hope that you can hear him - the neighbors can! LOL Enjoy your day!

Got busy yesterday - never got back here -

Today will be quiet - I have ordered it to be! Not like it will listen to me! I will finish up another wreath quilt that is a present - just went and got the scrap Christmas fabrics and had enough for the the top and the back! Still need to make the trip to the LQS for the others backing - something always gets in the way.

I have a class on Wednesday for my LA - will be nice to see how it is supposed to work!

The weather has turned beautiful here - we are warming up to around 60 this whole week. That will be good for Matt's new house - the interior is done and the builder just needs the final coat of stucco and the driveway poured - closing is to be the day before Thanksgiving - we are all praying that it will happen then -

Well I am off to help DH - we are trying to figure out where all of his stuff can go down here and close up the office that is upstairs.

Have a great cotton day!
Hugs
Jana

A very quick stop: HAPPY BIRTHDAY CINDY!!! May your days be filled with Family, Friends, Fabric and lots of FUN, FUN, FUN!!!

Yes my DD knows we are coming. She is going to build us a cabin on a 4 acre farm. Close but not to close - LOL!!! She is just ending her 3rd year of Pharmacy School. Doesn't know where she is going next year for rounds. She grads in 2015. Time is sure flying very fast. Whether we move? Time will tell :)

I have heard of the frixion pens but haven't tried them. Haven't tried the washable markers either. Might do a test run but white on white with many different TOT fabrics ... i might just stick to the paper. A bit more expensive but worth it in the end.

Hope you are all having a Wonderful Monday. I am off to frame. Slept late this morning grrrrrr.
Hugs and Love

Just a quick stop in to say hi.

Happy Birthday Cindyg. Like Jack Benny I will bet you are 39.

Hope everyone got through the storms all right. We had lots of strong winds and rain here in NW Ohio, but we haven't lost power. Our son in Houston called on his lunch break to check on us. Prayers for all in the path of the storm who need it.

Sherry
