Good morning Pals
This past week began with so much sewing so when yesterday arrived I woke up and decided it was a veggie (Lazy) day - LOL!!!! The Lotto blocks are finished and the Pink/White Blocks that will be sent to Judy along with the others that were sent with the Lotto Blocks are finished as well. After playing with 100 blocks/600 strips of color I think my eyes really needed a break.
The DVR has been filling up with movies waiting for Rob to figure out that it was a cable hooked up wrong so I was able to copy a few of them to Discs. Need room for the Good Witch marathon on Saturday and the beginning of the Christmas Hallmark Movies that begin on Nov 1st. Also played with my EQ6 program.

Tina - prayers for a safe delivery of little one. I can feel the excitement!!!!

Jules - I hope you are feeling better today. It is so hard for Dad's to figure out daughters at this age. Most want to fix everything to Daddy's little girl is happy.

Cindy - Where is the BOING, BOING???? Houston show is just around the corner - Yes??? I love this fabric. Wish I could tell how big the flowers are. http://www.fabricshack.com/cgi-bin/Stor ... ndofsummer

Jana - which groovy boards did you get??? I love buying Pantographs. Wish I could find a less expensive way to buy them though.

Chrissy - Prayers and positive thoughts sent your way.

Irish - Great news of your surgery date. Always prayers for healing, peace and comfort through this journey.

Izzy - 75 kids? WOW!!! I am speechless just thinking about it.

Maryq - YEA!! Congrats on getting a raise. You are definitely worth keeping and it is always such a boost to hear it.

Lyn - Sounds like you had a rough trip and are now settled. Hope DH gets to feeling better very soon. I have a hard enough time backing a car let alone a HUGE RV.
So what keeps you busy in your new place?

Grammie - I am green with envy. What a blessing to be with Sophia so she can go to carve pumpkins with the other kids. Did you take pictures??? P/W blocks will be on there way to you soon.

Mel - Your guild meeting sounds wonderful. Wish I lived close enough to go to one. Hope you break down and take this Divas class the next time it is offered. From your description it would be worth it.

Katherine - Prayers for you and your sis. LV - how lucky you were!!!
Will be going there on December 19-20th when the kids catch their flights home.

SharonS - One day I want to make the Cabin in the Woods quilt. Safe travels to Branson.

Karlene - Wish I could see Fall come. Love the colors. Maybe that is why I love playing with the Fall cotton. Very cute note left.

Vicky - Noah at Sight and Sound? What did I miss?

Lois - I am in awe of what you are accomplishing even with a broken ankle. I love the feeling of finishing a project. I know what I want to make my SS so now I just need to start it or time will get away from me.

Hope you all have a FABulous weekend. My friend, Cindy is coming over to help clean up the bushed from all the mud. The city wanted 3 bids but I could only get 1 so we get to clean it up ourselves.
HUGE HUGS!!!

Good morning Teresa and those that follow.
Today I am going to get my lab work done for my surgery. Then after hubby leaves for work I am going to work in my studio. The woman that I am making the breast cancer quilt for is having a bad time healing. She has been in and out of the hospital 3 times since her surgery. So, I would really like to get the quilt done this weekend. It is doable I think. Well, I better get going if I want to get to the lab early. Have a great day.

Goodmorning and happy fall to everybody!! Actually it is more like winter here. Our low reached the predicted 26 brrrrrr degrees at 6am, just before dawn. It is suppose to start going up now and suppose to get to 50 degrees this afternoon.

I got my laundry done and went to the post office to set up our mail forwarding. I cleaned the camper on Wednesday, but it really needs it again. The dry leaves just track in and lots of dirt with them.

I am dreaming of what my next quilt project will be. Think I am going to do a scrappy quilt and use up lots of the little pieces that are in my fabric case. I tried to sort it by colors and smaller pieces and larger pieces. I really miss sewing. I will be really to start a new project.

Good luck with your pre-op, Suzette. Oh, yes, and baby news, maybe later today. Prayers for a safe delivery.

Teresa, hope you enjoy a nice lazy day!!! Sounds like you are overdue for a nice rest. Wow that is beautiful fabric on the link you shared.

Lois, it sounds like you are doing very well. Nice to hear that you can sew at least a little bit. That helps to pass the time.

Grammie: I am going to try to stitch up a few more Pink/white blocks when I get back to sewing.

Jules: I sure hope you are feeling better by now. The big moving day will be exciting for all of you.

WeeOne: I am jealous, wish I was there with you. Another week and two days. Can't wait!!! Glad you got all the clean up finished on time. Glad you arrived safe and sound. Hope DH gets the cold bug chased away so that you do not have to carry it around. With company coming, you sure don't want to be sick.

Hope to come back later and check the posts from everybody. I sure am getting excited and hopeful to be able to make it to the Quilt Show?????? Hope, Hope, Hope.

How does that go??? Boing, Boing, Boing!!!!!! Yippee Skippy!!!

Vicky: I crossed with you. I checked out the link you shared. I didn't know that Branson, MO had these theaters. I think that I would really like seeing a show there. Might have to make some plans next year. Thanks for sharing.

Well, I am back from the lab. I went early thinking it would be busy with people stopping on their way to work. I was the only one there the whole time. I am going to fix a pot of chili for lunch and hubby can take some to work. It is pretty chilly here still. I don't think it is supposed to get out of the 50s today. But then it is fall. I will check back later

Good morning...

I am now the owner of a 2014 Subaru Forrester... the dealer is about an hour away from here and praise God my jeep made it there without dying...it had so many issues... I love this new car.. it goes just fine...

do you all remember me telling you about butterflies and how seeing one reminds me that my grandma is watching over me... well, there was a butterfly on the car lot....

do you know that most of the price haggling was done over the internet before going to or even driving the car...crazy....

I was able to get started on my Secret santa project.. but only barely... I bet I can do a little tonight then get it wrapped up soon.. it's almost November...

and now it's time for breakfast and to get my lunch ready.. sorry I can't stay,

you all have a groovy day,
Chriss
