When we moved - or were thinking of moving - I told the family that I wanted a "virgin" house! LOL "I was the first"! The house that we sold in California was 50 years old - that counts as old doesn't it - at least for a house!

So I got what I ordered - along with no landscaping, no sprinklers, no drapes, no finished basement, stop me at any time! LOL It is getting fun around here now!

Just had to add my 2 cents worth!
