Ok just finished all 3 blocks here is a short cut for lovers knot.

I cut my two color choices 2 inch blocks then snow balled one corner with 1 inch block. Then put them together and was much quicker. Turned out perfectyly you just must watch corner to corner sewing of snowballed corner so you dont end up with wonky square:)

Here is my first block. I do have to say this was not easy and I may remake it.

Izzy, now your blocks look wonderful! I have to get some paper for the paper piecing ones.

Wesignificant I used my reg copy paper for PP; I had made copy of all Pp templates on foundation PP paper then that pattern needed 4 copies of the one block so I just copied it 3 more times on reg paper and used it:) You cant see through it but my fabric was so dark anyway didn't matter.
