Valerie, prayers for your sister and you too. This has to be a very hard time on all of the family. May God bless you and bring a sense of comfort and peace as your sister goes thru the treatments. Prayers too that they can find a study that might help her. Sending giant hugs your way today and lots of love and more prayers too. May the angels surround you and bring strength and hope to all.

KHO, prayers for that little guy in your church. I believe in miracles and praying for one for them today. How sad and so young to be in that situation. May God bless that family today and surround them with angels of support, to bring them strength and hope and a very strong faith to get thru the days ahead, whatever they hold for them. thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can pray for the family.

Linda I am so sorry to hear of your niece. How sad for them to lose their mother. My, aunt Shirley, mother's youngest sister, lost her husband, my uncle, over Memorial Day 1966. The boys were under 9 and a daughter not yet 2. He was a pilot and hisCessena crashed in NE. Believe he put it on auto pilot. Then in the same year, my mother's mother died of cancer on Dec. 12 of same year. Then to really add tragedy to our family, my father was killed in auto accident Dec. 26, 1966. He turned 52 on Christmas day. I was24 and my brother Jim was 20. My ex and I living in Sacramento at the time. We never forget these things. My father became the father figure for the boys and baby girl, and when he died, my brother took over. They, to this day worship him. Have a blessed day. Hugs...Helen

We are all needing prayer every day, just to get through it some days. Linda, my prayers are with you and your family and especially those little ones., of you are in need of prayer and perhaps others not so in need, however, I want to send all of you a big hug and lots of prayers to start you day and you . We all need prayer in our daily lives to nourish our minds and body.

I am asking for prayers of support and love to be sent to my brother. His 40 year old daughter, my niece, passed away this morning after battling brain cancer for the last 2 years. She leaves behind an 8 year old and a 5 year old. Thank you for caring.

Linda, May God bring comfort and peace to your brother, the children , and all your family. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your niece. It is extra hard when our loved ones are so young and leave small children behind.

Special prayers for the children. So young to lose their mother. They will need a lot of extra hugs and understanding for awhile. May God surround them and all the family with angels of support and help in their hour of need.

May God bless all your family today. Such a hard time to go thru for everyone involved. Sending hugs, love, and all our sympathy and prayers for strength and hope to get thru the days of sadness ahead.

Linda, I'm so sorry to hear of this tragic loss to your family. You most assuredly have my prayers during this awful time. My children were 8, 10, and 13 when we lost their 33 yr old dad. My youngest looked at me and said, "Mommy, now Daddy's our family's guardian angel. And you can't have a better angel than your own daddy." That was a concept that gave her great comfort. Perhaps it will comfort your niece's children, too. God bless them and your brother.

I am sending all of you thoughts and prayers because everyone will need them some point in time during one's life. I am a four-time cancer survivor along with many of my family members including my 82-year old mother. She is going through colon cancer now and has had breast cancer in the past. Please send prayers her way.

In addition, I just read this weekend about Nancy Zieman's current battle with cancer. She is dealing with a sarcoma which has affected her femur and knee. Since my first cancer also was a sarcoma at the age of 23, I ask all of our quilting family to send out special prayers to a woman who has taught or inspired many of us with her dynamite personality on TV. Think of her tonight before you go off to sleep. She will appreciate it!!!!
