Re: Prayer Garden
Hello and Prayers to all
I am asking for prayers for Rob (DH). There is a BIG GOING's ON in CA about the prison's. Seems Cal City is in the mix. The fed's might be taking it over which means lots of people will be laid off. Rob is in Maintenance and they think they are safe but nothing is for certain. He is not stressing over it to much as he was hoping to retire at the end of 2014 but this affects alot of our friends.
I received a call today from DD Courtney. She was venting so loud I had to hold the phone away from my ear. Seems her 1/2 sister Emily (16 yrs old) is pregnant by a 19 yr old. From what she is hearing on facebook everyone is excited. It is not statutory rape as she is 16. From what she hears Emily will be moving in with the boyfriend. Both have no jobs. I see welfare coming. Please pray for the safety of Mom/baby and for the right people to come into her path and lead her onto a good road for all. Please also pray for me to have the right words for Courtney. Sometimes I come up short.
Thank you and HUGE HUGS to all!!!

TERESA......Prayers for Rob and all the ones he works with. The economy is so uncertain these days. So many are losing their jobs or having their hrs cut drastically. Prayers go out for anyone in a job situation that is iffy or just plain gone. May God give you and them courage and strength to get thru the days ahead. Many hugs of support too.
I know two people within my own family that were laid off within the last week. DD3's FIL had his entire company shut their doors and the owner just quit and walked away. FIL is 82 so what chance does he have of finding another part time job to help pay for their meds.
My DD1's SIL has been laid off twice in the last 4 months but she starts another job tomorrow so hope this one works out. She was in the public school system and then a daycare system.
Prayers too for Courtney and all her problems. Sorry you had to be on the end of all the venting. WE try to be there for our kids and feel so awful and helpless when we can't reach out and help them in their time of need.
May God give you the strength and courage to endure and the right words to say when you are trying to help her. Sometimes we need only to listen and pray and offer comforting words that God will take care of them. Oftentimes, silence says more than all the words in the world. Prayers can work wonders and miracles. Pray for an attitude change in all involved in this matter.
Prayers too for all involved, mama, baby, dad and all. May God watch over them and bless them in some special way. Pray they get the support they need at this time.
Sending many hugs and love, dear friend. May God bless you and Rob and your family today and always. Shirley Mae

Chrissy1......Prayers going up for all of your family. May they all be surrounded with angels of support to fill their needs. May God be at their side, bringing them strength, in both body and faith, bring them healing in their medical needs, and especially healing and hope in their hearts today and always.
Blessings to MO in the military. I have a son and SIL still in the Air Force and I pray for their safety and wellbeing every day, as for all the military, your MO included. Tell him thanks from me and send him a big HUG for his chosen career and his sacrifice to serve our country.
Prayers for cousin Heather, Torrie, and Myles too. May God fill their hearts with hope and comfort and peace in their time of need today and always. May God give you strength, peace, hope, and comfort in knowing you and they walk with God each day. And when any one of you can't walk anymore, God will send angels to carry you thru the rough parts. Remember the song, "You'll Never Walk Alone".
Prayers today for all the needs of those on this forum and their family and friends. God knows your needs, and He will provide if you only ask, believing that He is there for you.
The prayers of a few speak volumes to God and there are more than a few praying for you today and always. Praying you all feel the warmth and hugs across the miles of each of the "prayer warriors....El's Angels" on this forum. May God bless each and every one of you.
Hugs and prayers sent with love, Shirley Mae

URGENT PRAYER REQUEST FOR TINY BABY GIRL **********
My sister, Marianne, just emailed this prayer request to me. Please keep this tiny baby and her family in your prayers today. Thanks, and hugs, God bless all of you today too.
**************************************************************
This is a nice young couple at church that met on Mexico mission trips, this is 2nd baby, little boy has same bday as new baby. Aunt, grandparents & great grandma(in Mariners)all attend our church.
Bevan and Jennifer had their beautiful baby girl, Isabelle Kathleen, on Sept 5 at about 8:00 p.m. Since then, they have found that she is carrying an infection that is causing her oxygen levels to be low. She had a spinal tap this morning to determine what kind of infection they need to treat.
The doctors are saying she is very sick. She will be receiving antibiotics for 10-21 days. Please be in prayer for the doctors as they diagnose and treat this sweet baby. She is at St. Elizabeth NICU, so visitors are being limited. Yet we know that there is no limit to the amount of prayer that she needs, so please pray.

Prayers for Isabelle Kathleen and the Drs. treating her, that they will find the right medicine that she will respond to immediately. In Jesus name, Amen.
