Prayers for all the aging and ill among us these days.

WeSig.......Special prayers for your elderly friend. Sounds like he has accomplished a lot in his life. May God bring him comfort and peace, and the hope and the support of many angels as the drs try to treat him. How old is Andrew? Prayers that he will understand about the illness and old age of his friend. May God be with you all today and always.

Joan.......Prayers for your FIL. It was so special that you got to celebrate his birthday. Praying for comfort and peace for him. Sorry he fell and is in the hospital. Special prayers for FIL & MIL too. 64 yrs is a long time to be in love and have a life time companion at your side. Prayers for all the family too. Times like this are so hard, and sometimes sad, but they can be a time of love and sharing and togetherness. May FIL & MIL both be surrounded with many angels by their side as they walk thru life together. Give them a big hug from me. God bless you all today and always.

Katherine, Thank you for the update on DD. God has indeed blessed your DD and you too with a loving caring boyfriend at her side in her time of need. Perhaps God has chosen this young man as her angel of support and future companion. Love and caring go hand in hand. May God help your DD to heal and prayers for all of you too in this time or worry, so far away. God bless all of you.

I still need prayers for my aging neighbors on both sides of us. Rene' is facing kidney cancer surgery in next few wks. He and Maria are so sweet and so scared. He just lost a brother to kidney failure and heart attack so hard to face his own medical problems now.

Virginia on other side is still having more problems. I drove her to dr today and chatted with her hubby in waiting room. He is so nervous and upset over his wife being so dizzy and ill and no answers. Drs don't know what it is so no treatment being offered. At 82 and 85, they are so fragile and hate to ask for help of any kind. I have seen them failing so much this past yr. Will miss all these folks when we move.

Prayers for all on this forum and especially on this prayer thread. May God bless you all today in some special way. HE knows your needs even before you ask. You need only to ask, believing that God will take care of you. Sending love and hugs your way across the miles. Thanks for being there for us too in all the times we have asked for your prayers. May you always be surrounded by many angels and much love, good health, and happiness. Shirley Mae

Father, we ask for your strength and healing for all these friends and family members. We ask for peace of mind for all who come here on behalf of loved ones and friends, a peace that only you can supply. In Jesus name, Amen

....Pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous (wo)man has great power and wonderful results.
James 5:16 LB

Hope I didn't offend anyone by adding (wo) to man. I know God means that both men and women are important and powerful when they are earnest.

If I ask for a few prayers my 43 year old DS is in ICU for a pulmonary embolism. I don't have any more that that to tell you, but I'm leaving here in about an hour and it should take me about 8.5 hr to get there. Thank you all in advance.

May God be with all those needing our prayers and hugs today. May you all feel the warmth and love across the miles of El's Angels reaching out to you. May you find comfort and peace for your loved ones, strength and hope in your faith, and know the support of many angels surrounding you with hugs and providing for your many needs.

Caroline........I am so sorry to hear about your mom and all those problems with her. Prayers that both you and hubby will find healing and peace each day. Thank you for the update. Prayers will continue, dear friend. May God bring you the support you need and the strength to endure whatever your future holds. God is at your side and we will be here for you too, sending hugs, and love, and comfort across the miles.

Joan......prayers went up immediately for both your son and you too. May God be with you in your travels and at the bedside of your son. Thank you for letting us know. Prayers will continue that drs can treat your son and healing will begin. Sending prayers and hugs and some of my own strength and hope that both your faith and your physical and mental body will be strengthened and supported by the surrounding of many angels. God bless you both as you face the uncertainty of the days ahead.

Prayers for all in need today. I gotta scoot. BBL Love and hugs and God bless, Shirley Mae

Glenda, how did you come out at the vision specialist? You have been in my prayers since you posted this Sorry I didn't get a chance to post when I first saw this. Praying that God will bring you healing and hope along with comfort and strength to face whatever you are going thru right now. May you be surrounded with the support of many angels to help with your needs and give you hugs along the way. May God bless you in some special way each day, dear friend.

Sorry I ran off earlier but I saw my neighbor, Virginia, outside looking at her little garden. Thank you for all your prayers for her. She is doing so much better and this is the first time I have seen her outside for several weeks. God is good and watches over us all.

Thanks to the Good Lord for the rain we have had this past week. I have even seen lightning and heard thunder, along with nice rain showers for about 30 min. We need it so badly in this area.

Prayers for all your needs today and always. May God bless you all today and always. Hugs and love, dear friends. Shirley Mae

Shirley Mae, glad to hear your neighbor is doing better. I will be praying that she and her husband will continue to grow stronger.
Caroline, I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. I pray that they will get her on an even keel. I pray your brother will take over and give you time to rest and get well, you and your husband.
Joan, I hope your son is on the mend and you are relieved to be there with him. It is so much better to be able to see for yourself and know the full situation.
Helen, glad to see you back. Hope you can get your computer fixed soon.
And now dear friends, I ask you to keep me in your prayers tomorrow morning as I go into surgery again for the growths on my vocal cords. I have to be at the hospital at 9:15 and then probably go into surgery around 11:30 - noon. That means nothing to eat for almost 12 hours. That is harder than the after surgery minor pain and jello, pudding and applesauce diet for 2 days.
Hugs and love to all,
Ruth
