My blocks arrived today, but I have not had time to open them yet. I had to work my second part-time job tonight so will try to open them tomorrow when I have time to appreciate them.

I just went to the post office this morning and SURPRISE!!
My package of winning blocks were there waiting for me.
I could hardly wait to get home and open it up. I needed a lift
today, my heart has been so heavy lately with my sister-in-law's health.
These blocks are so very pretty, every single one seems to tell a story of memories and love.

Thanks to every one. I am going to page back through our messages and try to find pictures, as I have two blocks that did not have a name on them. It might have fallen off in being handled??? But one of those, I think I already remember who made the lovely block. The other one I expect, I will find the sweet owner's name by looking through the messages.

I am going to do a better job of recording the creators and keep track of where they came from.

This is so much fun!!! Thank You EVERYone!!!

Here is my block line up. Do you all find your block? It made it's way to Illinois. It is already receiving love. I am in love with every single block. All the creativity is appreciated.

Now I have to decided how I will put them together into a special quilt. Might be a special gift for another family member??? I am going to ponder it a little bit. I will surely share when I put it all together.

i didnt forget you wonderful people who shared i spy squares w me...life just got a little overwhelming recently. the squares arrived safely...and just so happened johnnie was w me the day the mailman delivered them. i told him it was a pkg for him and his brother and i let him open it. he was fascinated looking through all the different kinds of picture fabric and choosing which ones HE wanted in his quilt! i think we might spend a couple days this summer working on it together! thanks everyone for sharing and teresa for sending them to me!!!!! marcia and johnnie and michael!
