Finally uploaded quilt pics for last few months (I know, I'm bad). Forgot to take a pic of the log cabin tree quilt--will do that one later (and I already uploaded older wreath one....)
Here are my versions of 1800 hexie 'Honeycomb' quilt (queen size), Girls Best Friend with very modern fabric (at least for me!) and 30s fabric for Swirling starsImage

Lynn and Sally i love the hexi quilts so pretty. I too want to make a large hexi quilt. Sally girls best friend is very pretty and love your swirls too. You have been busy. I have my hole in wall in quilt stand but cant decide what motif to quilt it with just yet. Its been there since finished about week after show LOL. any ideas I did it in kokopali fabrics may search for a kokopali pattern/motif.

Hi Lori!
Yes, I used the hexie die for the queen-size quilt (borrowed dies from a friend--we swap with each other, a lot!) I also made a Christmas fabric lap quilt using the diamond and triangle rulers and another one using pre-cut honeycombs. Love those hexies!

Just noticed a bunch of live shows coming up on the Webinar - a bed turning with El, a color class with her sister Patti, and our regular class - what fun in the next few weeks.

Go over and look so that you won't miss the dates

Wow, Joan, you don't waste any time do you? LOL

Your blocks are gorgeous. Was it pretty easy to do?
