I saw a previous post on needing 5" squares for a baby boy I Spy quilt and am in the same situation! Does anyone have some great ideas for resources for me? Thank you.

Hi Emmilu and Welcome. What a pretty name! Go over to the SEW INS and post this note. Someone will be able to help you out. What are you looking for and what fabric? Do you need flannels or cotton? Bright, prints, plain, etc. Offer a few details and you will get some responses.

We are a very friendly bunch of quilters and we try to encourage newbies like you. You will feel very welcome and should enjoy all the chatter about our lives, families, joys and griefs, and most of all about the quilts we are working on. Some of the ladies teach quilting classes and they are a big plus to this website.

Again, welcome and tell us a little about yourself too. We love to read about new folks and see pics too of what they have done. Good luck and God bless. (Yes, we pray for one another too) Welcome to our family. Hugs across the miles, Shirley Mae

Several years ago a friend made me a quilt that was from a Quilt in a Day Pattern and I have been trying to find that pattern ever since...it has hens on squares and is set together with sashing...I have found this wonderful fabric that I want to use in a quilt that has chickens or roosters in it and I don't have a pattern. Please help if you have any ideas.
