I got a special package today! It was from Traci in Oklahoma. Thank you so much for the pincushion and potholders you made! Ladies, the pincushion is Cathedral Window! What a clever idea. And the potholders have kitchen utensils on them and will get a lot of use at my house. Traci also sent some beautiful chocolate brown thread, a Quilting magazine, and the cutest little quilt pattern called 'Gone to the Dogs' with nine pieced puppies on it. She put a note on the pattern that made a lot of sense: Since your DH won't let you have dogs yet, I hope this can tide you over! (Yep - might help while waiting for the cats to meet their maker.)

My Oh My, what a delightful surprise was at my front door when I arrived home today. My SP, Maureen, has indeed made me feel special this month!

I rec'd some lovely QIAD and Easter Egg note cards, a pastel colored potholder that if you have a big hand would make a lovely playful puppet. A pair of oh so soft socks, a tiny flower pot that bloomed a butterfly that you can attach a picture and a delightful note about herself and her family. Then I open an envelope and see a big surprise - a Gift Certificate from Keepsake Quilting!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU Maureen. Your choices were FABulous! I absolutely love everything and will definitely love to go shopping. Oh the many choices!!

Pat, Grammiequilts (Judi) was with me, she first spied the pattern, so it's HER fault!!! LOL!!!

Ladies, because I was sending the soap, I didn't want it to get crushed, so I put inside a video Priority Mail box, inside a flat rate envelope, but I forgot to put my note inside, was in a hurry to get to the PO, so I wrote my note on the box....not my preferred way of sending a message, but it got there!!!

I got a stuffed envelope today! THANK YOU Maryq! I love it all! When the mail lady gave it to me it rattled LOL and I could not imagine what on earth it was ) Then I saw who it was from and was even more confused LOL I get that way easy ;o) I opened it up and Oh My Goodness! Mary gave me 2 beautiful towels that she customized, a beautiful apron made out of a towel with purple pockets and purple ties, needles, some so sew so beautiful Sulky thread...I love thread! ) a new blade for my rottery cutter, a reuseable shopping bag, one of her note folder things that she makes with some way cool pictures and it says "A Note From Tina" along the tops of them, a template marking pencil, a large tin of flat flower pins and my rattle was 2 big boxes of Hot Tamales! Thank You so much Mary! You were so so kind! I'm on cloud 9! I love everything!

Thank you Pat!! I got my SS package this evening and I couldn't be happier! Ladies, I got 3 fabrics, the CUTEST Turtle pincushion patter, a retractable tape measure, a froggie notepad and a craft bag from Pat aka grannysparlor. My DD enjoyed looking at everthing as it came out of the bag and fell in love w/ the turtle. She doesn't sew, but I may have to make her one anyway! Thank you so much Pat! Have a great weekend!

A little sunshine appeared in my mail box today!!

Thank you so much Donna (you crazy lady) for the wonderful envelope of goodies!!

Donna sent a few FQ's in my fav yellow & navy blue, a darling yellow note pad, some "pony Holders" for my bobbins, a foot scrubby for my narly feet, come sticky note tags--to perhaps get a little more organized with papers to file? and 4&1/2 square ruler--perfect since I think DD packed mine when she moved to AK!! And best of all CHOCOLATE!!! I'm in heaven!

After the last couple weeks I've had, this sure cheered me up!

Maryq - I'm glad you feel cheered up! What's even better, is that I have some of that chocolate, too! (I didn't know your feet were narly. I'm not sure I'd admit to it. But I have one of those things and it works really well on my dry heels.) I'm glad you needed the little ruler - I debated about that one, but thought it might come in handy for something small.
