I worked on the pastel swap blocks today. I found out that I hadn't checked them for size when I got them about 5 years ago! After sewing them in to rows and then starting to sew the rows together I found some where the seams didn't match. So I measrured them and they are 1/4 short on one side on some of the blocks! So now I am taking some apart and making new blocks to fit in for the too small ones. Needless to say I didn't make much progress today but I did get the yard mowed!

bampish, it looks like you had better get busy! 5 projects to finish in a month!

I've just about finished the hand quilting on the Texas Star. Maybe 2 more rows to go! Yeah!!! Altho I'm making a house quilt it isn't on my list, but I hear it calling. Sucks maybe I should work on the Double Wedding Ring instead

Why is is when you do good on one another one slides off?

1. Take calcium pill at least 4 days a week.(working on it.)

2. Keep remodeled bedrooms unstashed. (doing pretty good.)

3. Clean sewing porch.

4. Finish neices t-shirt quilt DONE

5. Finish cardinal table topper by next Christmas--birds have beaks

6. Finish It's El ementary top DONE

7. Quilt yellow brick road top DONE

8. Quilt DGD3 top DONE

9. Delectable Mountain middle block DONE--DH wants this expanded

10. Participate in at least one block of the month, EVERY MONTH--I am now officially 1 month behind.

When I finish 5 of these, I will add more

11. Fabric organization--working on it today!

12. Burgundy/yellow rail fence

13. Quilt for DGD2 donation--DONE and won!

I finished up 2 swap block quilt tops this month and then I joined in 2 swaps yesterday! Go figure! I guess I just need deadlines.

#1.I want to start and finish the civil war quilt. It's a gift for a friend who is in a very rough spot that is gettin worse..Waiting on this one. I'll know when it's time to do it.

#2.I want to finish my Grandmothers Garden quilt.Only 4 1/2 more blocks to go.Hope to have them done by July.

#3. Finish my fall quilt.It's been in the making for several years.

#4. Finish the 2 quilt tops so they can be quilted for Christmas gifts next year. They are at my LA ready to be quilted!!

#5. Empty one bin of fabric or as much of one by sewing a whole lot.
Does putting fabric in smaller bins count? I have two bins that look less full now.

#6. New: I am putting the final border on a donation/auction quilt.Delivered to the LA person for quilting. Some of this fabric just came from Paducah. Thanks El.

#7-finish the binding on my snowman wall hanging-DONE

#8-make pillow cases for quilts..

I have been hand quilting the quilt in the frame and a little more and I can roll it!! I have rolled it twice!!
