Kho, I already have yours? Who is confused here, you or me?

Teresa's came today but since I am being lazy right now, I did not count them yet. Will do in AM. I am attempting pics this weekend.

Oh yes, mailing date is set in stone, if they are not here, they will not get mailed. Overnight would be the only sure way if not mailing by Friday esp if you live east of the Mississippi. I do not want to hold up mailing and risk ours not getting there timely. Also keep in mind that there is nobody here to provide a signature if you do that. Please use delivery confirmation.

Ok, I'm sorry I promised the extra 5 blocks, but I was not able to finish them last night as my good machine "crapped" out and I had to get out the Gem and get it set up and remember how to use it. Then DH decided we needed to work on tax stuff last night and I live East of the Mississippi and I know I probably wouldn't be able to get them in the mail until Friday at the earliest. So, I think I will just keep the pieces I have cut out for another project. I am so sorry, but life just seems to get in the way when there is a deadline set in stone.

Sorry things are not working out for you Jo. You have certainly made enough already and have been a assest to this endeavor. Because of United Notions deadline, unfortunately we have to stick to one also. the US postal service being what it is, I am not going to trust it to get last minute stuff where it needs to go.

I was thinking about this all afternoon (yea, boss was in court all day) and I decided I would finish the blocks and send them directly to the ladies in texas. I know they won't be included with these, but at least they will be there and I will know that I kept my promise and made the additional blocks. So, to clear my conscience, that's what I am going to do. Thanks for listening

Jo

Jo and everyone else -
Please let us know how many you made.

It would still be fun to see how many total we all made whether we sent them ourselves directly or to Valerie.

5 blocks are ready to be mailed this morning. I'm headed there in a few minutes. If I can do more, I'll mail them to the Texas address.

I have take pics but can't get them to load. I think my puter is not reading the disc. May try to get some made at Walmart and sent out to whoever wants one. If you PM me I will write the addresses done and see about getting it done in the next few weeks.
I am trying to keep this puter up and running until next year when budget may allow for a new one. This one is about 6 or 7 years old and just ain't getting it anymore.
