5 inch Charm swap

Post by zfatcat » Sat Nov 27, 2010 7:11 am

Whose up for a charm square swap? Due date February 01, 2011.
Fabric Medium or Dark squares. No novelty, stripes, or polka dots. Value of fabric must be mainly Medium or Dark. Not too much variation in color. 20 bags of 4 charms each. Quilt shop quality.

I changed the due date. Maybe more time will encourage more people to sign up.

Place 4 charms in a bag. At least 2 different fabrics, but can be 4 different fabrics. All bags do not have to be the same. This is a good way to swap out fabrics you don't want anymore.

Are the charms supposed to be all diff or the same fabric in the group of 4 in the bags sent? I have never done a swap before and this sounds likes an easy one. Do we also need to send an envelope or money so you can send them back? Just wondering???????? Sounds like a fun colorful exchange and lots of variety from everyone.

Waiting for your reply to decide. OK????OK!!!!!! Hugs, Shirley Mae

I think different would be better for a scrappy quilt. You put 4 charms per bag. And you send a stamped return envelope so I can return different charms to you.

On the right are the dark examples, left is medium. I just grabbed what I had on hand. That's not the fabrics I'll be using.
