Oasis and Lorettav. Congratulations you two!

September is just about behind us and in many areas of the country Fall has settled in. Still waiting for it here in California. I would like to propose for the October block, we do the Maple leaf pattern from Quilterscache in Fall shades of batiks with cream backgrounds. Many are on sale across the continent right now. Sign up for 2 or 4 blocks, send to me by October 31 along with 1 dollar for me to use to send the blocks along to the winner. For every block you make, you get your name in the hat for a drawing on Nov 1 to see who wins the blocks. If we get enough blocks, then we can have two winners. Happy sewing all.

If they have to be batiks then I am sorry I can't join you.
I have to use what is in my stash right now unless someone wants to trade 1930's fabrics I bought at QIAD for batiks.
I don't know if that is a fair trade though.

I'll send you some batiks Teresa, we just want your blocks! I'll have them shipped to you and then you can make the blocks, I will put my name in this time, draw my name and then I will win the blocks I picked the fabric for! What an idea!
