If I have a piece of fabric that is of panels - how do I know where to cut. Please help me!

I am far from an expert but I like to make sure I figure out how my panel will look in my quilt then I add a quarter inch seam allowance...

I am with Chriss - Look at the panel and add your 1/4 inch seam allowance -use the panel lines as you straight guides even though it is not necessarily printed straight to the fabric. Miriam - Farmchick posted over in the photo section a couple of quilt that she just did using panels - have a look - might give you some ideas
