I'm so jealous! I was supposed to get my Grandmother's, but it went to an aunt instead... One of these days - lol!!

oh I should clean mine and take photos...We use ours as the table in our entryway. I agree with ruthie I wish these machines could talk and share their wonderful stories.

Your new (?) machine reminds me of the one my grandmother had. My aunt ended up with it, and kind of like SusieQ, I have no idea what happened to it. I've always wondered what it would be like to use a treadle machine. My mother's Singer was in a cabinet and had a lever you pressed your knee against.
