I just got back from mailing Sewrita/Rita's. I forgot she lived in Canada! I had to fill out a custom form. I know it's only the 7th, but I hope it gets to you in a timely manner. I pieced a Poinsettia Block, I hope you like it.

Caroline - on your blocks you said earthy colors. Would Thimbleberries be considered earthy?

yesterday I received more lovely blocks in the mail and who care if they are a little late NOT I !one was from Gwen (bamagirl) and there was also an extra surprise in it thanks Gwen I will keep it till I need something special in a project. and the second one was from Caroline 1947! and she had made two blocks one was from her dear friend and one from Caroline thank you they are all lovely and will be a beautiful quilt in yellow and blue when I get to make it up! thanks again lovely ladies. cheers kathy

today my quilt square from Mommyquilts (Michelle) arrived. It is just perfect with the rest. thanks Michelle. Now I have 12 blocks - exchange is complete. They are on the design wall, giving me inspiration for the next step. I love the way you put yours together, Ruth. Thanks for sharing.

I hit the jackpot today....I received a block from Katiekaola, (with extra fabric) and 1 from Mary, "Checkers" and I couldn't be more pleased....I am going to have 1 great looking quilt....Thank you so much, love them both.....Dorothy

I have just met the postman! and received two more yu beaut blocks!! one from Dorothy (Irishgran13) it is a beauty too! love the card.and the other one is from Bethstreet! oh boy it is an unusual colour but love it too!! also the extra little something that came with it thank you both and beth thanks for the pattern do you know it is one that I have been wanting to do for a while because I loke you thought it an interesting one to do. love the colours.so thank you ladies.have a wonderful evening.as it is still Sunday over there and Monday morning here. kathy

today the postie bought another wonderful block from Pam (knitnoid) it is a loveylblock and they are all in lovely yellows and blues of diferent hues! thanks ladies. kathy ps. pam loved the teddy card it was very interesting to read.
