Lori...Don't worry I won't swap them out until next weekend and we would love to have yours join ours! If you are back home you can deliver them or we can meet at a LQS ;)

So far I have
Denise (2 sets)
Chriss
dsf618-Deb (2 sets)
GrandmaJoJO
Mary(checkers)
Mine (set 1)

Beth-status...bagging and labeling
Deanne-Ready to mail-they are so cute :)
Lori-heating up her machine
astitchintime(Deb)-unkown
Snoopy-unknown
I am still sewing eyes on mine .) and trim on my 2nd set.

Since we lost several friends when they left the forum I am voting we all be patient and wait for the ones in progress. the ones i have received are DARLING and you will love them.

Oh how I wish I was at the bagging and labelling stage, that was just a question... I have one set all done but the pressing and bagging but the other 12 are still in various stages of embellishment and I am devoting the rest of today to them and hopefully I can get them out Tuesday at the latest.. my little fingers dont work as fast as I thought they could... :( my husband and my daughter think they are cute though)... I have lost objectivity as I am sure you all can understand.. One thing with the group shrinking it will allow us to get a couple ( boy-girl) from each of us!!

I am ironing and bagging as fast as I can... Should be in the mail this afternoon or first thing tomorrow. Am happy to see I am not the only one alittle late but am very excited to see all the finished ones as we get them back. I already know what I am going to do with mine! Will be using them for special decorations for Christmas as candle mats, placemats and stockings. I will have a complete village of gingerbread folks when I am done and will think of each of you everytime I look at them. Back to the ironing board. Happy stitching!! Debi

Whew! Life sure gets in the way of quilting sometimes. LOL
The 'folks' are in today's mail (11/2) and should reach you by this Friday. They went Priority. I marked 2 that can come back to me ( I made 24) - one fellow got attacked by the killer sewing machine and may need some minor surgery. I think he'd look good as the Phantom of the Opera (with a hat and cape). LOL
Deanne
PS - Feel free to send back more than 2 of mine if necessary - whatever works out with the swap.

PPS - Yikes! I just realized I forgot the mailing label and postage. Oh Good Grief! Would you prefer cash or fabric? I'm so sorry! Must have been suffering from a brain fart, as my DH calls them.

Mine are on their way down south and should be there by Fri as well. I sent them priority. I pinned two together that you can send back to me and the rest can go in pairs or singles. I did 24. This has been fun but I didnt realize the time it would take, now I know better...
Have fun sorting... and thanks for hosting this swap.
Beth
