August Secret Pals - Names have been exchanged

I hope my sp didn't get lost. I sent it and my noodles out at the same time and the noodles has reached delaware a couple of days ago. The sp should have gotten where it needs to go too. They are the same direction and not too far apart. Well i will find out i haven't gotten my papers where they were signed for. So anyway there is still one in the mail if you haven't gotten yours.

Oh, I am such a baaaaaad girl. < head hanging down > I still haven't mailed my SP's package. I keep getting distracted by things. If you haven't gotten your package yet, and you don't live in California (hint?), maybe your package is coming from me. It may be late, but it will come!

Slow but sure... lots a pondering with a passing of a generation. I woke up this morning thinking my brains had been sucked out by aliens! Where has the month gone?

My SP package doesn't have far to go... I am sure it is warmer there then here this morning. If I can get to the post office before 10 it will be in the mail today!

Received my SP package from CindyB. It is wonderful. The most beautiful wall hanging to make called Comfort of Psalms, a star ornament to hang up, an emory board (very good for sharpening sissors and other things and needles. Cindy you don't know how much I appreciate these things. I was going to go and buy me some needles but now I don't have to. Thank you so much. You take care of yourself and Keith and get well.

I actually took my SP's package to the post office today and mailed it! I was told it would go out today, and it is going Priority, so hopefully it will arrive by Tuesday (or Wednesday) in one of the states on the East side of the Mississippi River. It may arrive in September, but at least I mailed it in August. )

Oh, and I included some fun size candy bars in a baggie, so if they get melty, you (whoever you are) can put them in the fridge when they arrive, and they shouldn't have made a mess on anything else in your package.

My SP package went out yesterday... heading south... just west of the Mississippi...

I must apologize tho... I bought my SP a chocolate bar... it was in the car all day and melted in it's wrapper. Weeelllll I couldn't send my SP a melted chocolate bar so I took it out and ate it! Trust me SP.... I enjoyed the calories for you!

I recieved my Aug. package. I have not yet mailed mine. Seems I am always the last. I will get it mailed today or tomorrow. I was without a computer for almost a month and I need to catch up.

We are doing great this month! We have three who need to send and who are running just a bit late this month.

We have 11 waiting for the postal people to deliver! Hang in there gals!

Quilting_nanaof5 was my SP this month! Thank you so very much for my gift! I received a box full of bright colorful threads with matching spools! My DH and myself was all excited about the different colors!

I also received a cute pattern of a scarecrow with leaves that can be put on a sweatshirt. I have never done this before and am anxious to try it!
